Sidney Crosby scores 300th career goal
Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby scores his 300th career goal on Wednesday night against the Philadelphia Flyers. The Penguins lost that game 4-1, which will hurt the Penguins moving forward into the postseason.
The Penguins are currently sitting in 4th place in the Eastern Conference, but they are only 4 points ahead of 8th place Boston. The Penguins aren’t looking good heading into the playoffs, and they need to get their act together because if they don’t, they will be eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. They just don’t seem to be able to score any goals. Once they score a couple of goals, I think they will be able to find a groove and hopefully make a run at another Stanley Cup.
